i run windows xp (pro) and i have broadband but recently although i am connected to net 24-7 now and then i get message on screen saying you r not connected to net connect or try again or the other message i get is work off line this comes up most of the time yet my modem appears to be ok it seems to happpen mostly when i am trying to download when i am just going through web sites it does not seem to happen as often any ideas as now because of this i have trouble downloading or i have to keep retrying until it lets me download thank you debbie
