Computer recently running slow

My computer has recently been having a lot of pop-up ads appear, even though I have a pop-up ad blocker such as FreeSurfer. Also, it has recently experienced a bit of a slowdown. Could someone help me figure out if I have too much adware on my system? Here is the HiJackThis log:

Try this uninstaller:

Its at the very bottom of the page......just hit run and it will do its thing.....post another log after.

Lets trim down the log a little so we can see what we are doing....

Run hijackthis again and put a checkmark against these entries....double check
in case you miss anything....
.....then,close all browser and outlook windows and "fix checked"

Reboot into safe mode by following instructions here: http://helpdesk.its.bethel.edu/resnet/Documents/Antivirus/Safemode.html
then as some of the files or folders you need to delete may be hidden do this:
Open Windows Explorer & Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and untick "hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK"

Re:The files in red....can you copy/paste them into a zipped folder and send them to me here Delete the originals now...and the copies after you send them.

Locate and delete the following:
C:\WINDOWS\MZHR.exe
C:\WINDOWS\IWD.exe
C:\WINDOWS\LVDNX.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mspaiunt.exe
C:\PROGRAM FILES\AUTOUPDATE

Post another log after re-booting.
