Computer Problem

The computer repeatedly reboot after just its windows XP starts in normal mode for 30 seconds. In Safe mode, it shows the list up to Windows/System32/Drivers/agp440.sys and then boot again itself. Pentium II 400 mHz. What is this problem! Help me!

well...first off I'd check to see if you have enough memory "RAM" for your computer. Next check to make sure that all your computer parts (components) are all connected right and aren't burned or covered with dust.

You may also have a broken AGP slot.
