I found the jumper and still no luck..
Now my suspison is the CPU or processer just got over stressed and like fried or died...
The only way to fix it is if my locval computer repair shop has a over clocked amd pc which can handle the voltage and chnage my processer back to 2.2 ghx so it can run in my pc. and if it cant it is fried,

btw.. the same amd processer cost around 34$ from the amd website.

So you think my idea at the top can fix it?

No I don't. If you cannot restore the default settings with a cmos jumper the motherboard is "toast". There are no settings in the cpu to change, it's the board you have to alter the settings and I would be shocked if such a minute overclock killed both or either.

Ok tell me from these facts what parts are dead..

-No beeps what so ever.
-Power to motherbaord is on, cd drive works, i can hear fans running and even see them
- I cant try the cpu in another computer because i dont have another amd pc.
-All i did was this..

Clock was at 2.2ghx or 2206mhz
I set it to 2596ghz i think,
- The computer just FROZE- even the mouse is just stuck.
- I paniced im like holy... then i just shut the power off... waited few minutes and it wont boot.
- I tried all the common fixes like jumper and battery.
- Even my dad tried stuff but no., luck..
-Something is not working.. and im not sure what it is

OH I FORGOT to mention i didnt change ANY VOLTAGES so it CANNOT HAVE been freid!!!#

Btw when people say unplug the power, do they mean take the whole psu out and then do the cmps jumper..or battery techniques

Computer was starting to get a little slow and based on internet, Amd Athlopn 64 3500+ is clockable upto 2.6ghz with air cooling, which i had so i did it. The computer instantly froze so in panic i pulled the power plug. I did not change any voltage so it is not possible it is fried. Computer will no longer boot, and i have tried the common methods of battery and cmos jumper reset.

Did you change anything, install any hardware or software before the problem started?

Changed ram and prcesser speed to

CPU 2.2ghx--> 2.6ghz
RAM 400mhz--> 450mhz

List any recently installed software

ClockGen--> Change clock speeds through windows without bios
CPU-Z---> Live updates of cpu information and voltages
Prime95--> Just testing
MemTest--> installed for mempory testing

List software running in background ie: My computer started at dianostic mode so i had best perfromance while performing over clock. No background programs except system services.
Msconfig---> Diagnostic startup
(Run,msconfig,ok,startup) and what is checked

Any power disruption or incomplete shutdowns

Computer froze--> i pulled the plug

Failed Scandisk/chkdsk or defrag attempts
None

Use of any "tune-up" utilities, registry utilities, system diagnostics, other third party utility software
-System Mechanic-- but i didnt use on day of problem

Recent downloaded software

Bios- Phoenix Award bios, it had its OC features locked so i updated the bios to latest. It was succes no problems, and computer worked as normal, but still bios OC feautures were locked. And this is not a DELL OR HP OR major brand computer.

Bios files name--> W7123MLN.13B , AWFL859G.EXE

I have also opened up the processer my self and checked for burn marks and there are apsolutly none, it is pure clean.

In conclusion-- The computer will no longer boot even after i tried bios reset jumpers and battery. Im not sure if changing psu you will help, but any advice will, thank you.
