Computer keeps freezing. Maybe a virus?

Well my computer has been down for 2 months because it crashed one day when my friend was on it and it never got to the log in screen, it would just crash. Well i decided to give it a go a couple days ago and of course, it booted up. Dont know why but it did.:up:. But now the computer keeps freezing up. The mouse moves and it has the loading circle around the mouse pointer. I can leave it like this for hours and it stills doesnt change, not even the time changes. Could you guys check my hijackthis report for any thing wrong? I would appreciate it.
