Computer hardware problem?

Total Physical RAM: 16 GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
Hard Drives: C: 930 GB (124 GB Free); D: 476 GB (2 GB Free);
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME B350-PLUS, ver Rev X.0x, s/n 170502639411445
System: American Megatrends Inc., ver ALASKA - 1072009, s/n System Serial Number
Antivirus: Windows Defender, Enabled and Updated

Hi, I always felt like I had a decently hardwared computer. I put it together myself and it started off much cheaper with having upgraded it over time. The issue I've noticed as of recent though is that my computer under preforms ALOT. Whenever I play games in general, I can tell my FPS is lacking and ontop of that, my computer takes FOREVER to start up. Is there anything I can do without having to just straight up buy another computer because this is extremely frustrating.

The 1 TB(931 GB actual capacity) C: drive in your computer is about 87% full.
That means it's cluttered with installed programs or personal data or both.
That's likely one reason for the performance issues and long startup times.
The 512 GB(476 GB actual capacity) D: drive is also full and has practically no free space left.

Ok, Thank you so much! I will clear it out and hopefully, that will improve performance. Is there anything else that could seem like an issue?

With these hardware specs, your computer should NOT be having speed and gaming issues.

I'm not there to see your computer, but my initial guesses would be:
SSD/HDD drives too full
Too many running processes
Infestation of malware, spyware, etc.
