when i try to go to a website it not responses and i have 2 wait like a minute for it to unfreeze or taskmanger and end task.. this all of a sudden happend today. I had a hard time even getting here and posting this...

There is nothing harmfull at all that I can see in your log. Removal of these non-essentials could help speed up your computer:
