Problem:
I power on the computer, it turns on. The monitor doesn't go to its normal display, and the computer doesnt beep at all. It just sits there, and the cd rom drive's "read" light just blinks over and over.
About 1/30 times of turning the computer off and on it works.
What i've done:
-I got a new hard drive (i was told that having linux on it and then putting windows on it ruins it)
-A new power supply
-New cmos battery
-Swapped ram from another computer to see if the ram died
Result:
Still does the exact same thing.
