Computer can’t find Windows 10 on my ssd

So I’ve had my computer for half a year and I have my Windows 10 installation on a ssd. Everything has been working perfectly until today. I left my computer for a few minutes so it went to sleep but when I came back and moved the mouse it shows a blue screen with an error code and it then tries to restart automatically. It gets past the screen where you can choose to go into bios and all that but then it just shows a black screen and a message:
” Reboot and Select proper Boot device or insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key”.
I’ve checked in BIOS and my 480 GB SSD from PNY shows up as PS3111 and is the correct boot option.
It seems to me that the computer can’t find the Windows 10 installation on my ssd for some reason?
Does anyone know what I can do to fix it? Thankful for any help.

Insert your Windows setup usb memory stick and on second screen choose Repair.
