I'm not a Hijackthis expert but I do know you have way too many programs in your Startup List, those are the (04) entries. I counted 42 which is about 35 too much. Too many programs in the Starup List will slow your system way down. The only programs you need in your Startup List are your anti-virus, firewall and a "few" more. I only have 4 programs that are in the Startup List, 2 are for the anti-virus 1 for my firewall and 1 for my video drivers.

I agree with GoJo!
Your startup is polluted with all the programs that you have installed on your computer. Lots of installs will put themselves in the startup without you having the chance to say "no" in the setup. You can go into msconfig utility (start>run> type "msconfig") and select the startup tab to turn some of these off.

Your computer is trying to hike up Mt. Everest in shorts and a tee shirt with a 50lbs ruck sack on its back. :)
