Comparison for gaming.

I have a Workstation HP Xeon w3565 8GB Ram and with a GPU/graphics card of Nvidia quadro 600. I want to know that is it better that the HP core i5 3rd generation with 8GB Ram but no Graphics card? Please help me figure this out. {I want to run games including, Assassins creed IV, PUBG Mobile emulator, Fortnite etc.} Also if I get an RX470 4GB graphics card will it be better performing on Xeon or Intel i5?
