depends on where you got the practice exams... but really the real exams will not be the same like a teacher would do for you. Like when I did the Network+ and A+ exams, the questions were written completely differently, but the answer was the same.
That's one of the problems I've always had with certifications. If you study the questions hoping to pass, you are trying to work the system. I don't like paper certifications. Real certifications should be verifying what you know, and it shouldn't matter whether you've seen the questions before or not. Test questions should be just to see if you know the material and to demonstrate the format to expect in the exams.
