Commander Toolbar

My wife went to a site and when she tried to go to our HOMEPAGE it now says "about:blank", and there is something that says "Commander" as a toolbar. How in HELL do I remove this?

Thanks for the info. But I did a search on dogpile.com, I found a post and I did this and it worked:

to remove the Commander Toolbar, do a search on the C: for the file ietb.dll and delete it (it should be in the c:\winnt\system32 folder).
