i recently downloaded a program for my cell phone called BitPim. It allows you to transfer data to your computer to for easy editing. ex: contacts, calendar, etc...
but for some reason, when it searches to find my phone, it is unsuccessful. Then when i try to manually locate my phone, it says no Comm or Serial Ports were found. I am unsure how to deal with this.
I tried temporarily disabling my Norton Internet Security and i also tried to use the program in Windows Safe Mode.
I found out that it is an issue with my computer and not the program because i installed another similar program (MOBILedit!) and had the same problem.
