According to your log:

You have THIS Lenovo B575-1450ALU 15.6" laptop which was purchased on June 02, 2012 and came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

It looks like Windows 10 Pro Version 2004 Build 19041 64-bit was installed in it on August 26, 2020.

It has a very weak processor and very weak graphics and only 4 GB of RAM. (n)

I'm very surprised that Windows 10 was able to install in it and can function in it.

Have you verified other discs (CDs) still work properly in the drive?
Are you able to view the disc contents via Windows Explorer?
