Greetings,

I own a PC repair business and am doing an operating system restore on one of my client's computers. Problem is, I have a bunch of cd keys written down and cannot remember which one went to this particular version of xp. Does that matter? When running the repair function from the cd, do I need to same key that the OS was installed with to finish the repair? or will any valid and legal cd key do? I only ask because I would rather not rifle through all of the keys I have, entering them in one at a time to find out which one is the right one if I can avoid it. Thank you.
