so yea. i just got a new computer and installed these nforce 4 drivers off the internet. there crap.after i installed the driver. and now each time i put in a disk on my computer it will freeze up. until i eject the disk. then everything is back to normal.. do these drivers been know to do this?

replace the cable I just built a computer this past weekend and had the exact same problem. not saying that 100% your problem but try that first.

no thats not the problem....... i unistalled the drivers and it works now.... but now i dont have any drivers. is there a different version of the driver that works?

i got them from the website. the newest ones. and it totally made it so my cd drive didnt work. but i unistalled them and now it works. but i still need the drivers cause performance is down.
