Case fans not working

i have just built my first pc, and when I turn on the computer via the power supply, the gpu w/ fans, cpu w/ fan, and lighting on the ram all turn on, without any of the 5 case fans turning on. Any ideas as to why only part of the computer wouldn’t be receiving power? Is there a specific way I should route the case fans power to the psu? Thanks! I listed the specs of the pc below for added context.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Sapphire Radeon rx 5700 xt
Mobo: Gigabyte x570 gaming x
PSU: Thermaltake smart pro rgb 650w bronze rated
Case: darkFlash phantom black atx mid-tower
Ram: Corsair vengeance rgb pro 16gb,
Storage: WD blue 3D NAND 500gb ssd

You should be connecting the case fans to the mobo fan headers.

How do I know which is the cable for power to the fans, and which are just rgb?

Not sure what you mean by 'turning on the computer via the power supply' normally you turn it on with the power switch on the case or by shorting 2 pins on the motherboard if you haven't connected that power switch yet.

Read the motherboard manual it will show which connectors to use.

Your case has a fan controller built into the case. Normally you connect a pw connector to the controller then connect your fans.
You do not turn ON the system with the pw supply. You turn ON the system with either the pw switch on the case OR you short the pw switch pins on the motherboard. Some boards have a pw button on the motherboard itself yours however does not have a button on the board. Generally the only boards that have that option are very high end motherboards like an asus ROG type board.

You appear to have two connectors on the motherboard for case (system) fans. What type of connectors are on the fans? Some will connect to Molex connectors on the power supply.

Guys you are missing the fact that the case has a built in fan controller. The answer as to where to connect the fans is not going to be found in the motherboard manual. It is only found in the manual for the case. I checked the support page for that case and no online manual could be found.

I was not aware the case had a fan controller when I submitted my previous post #4 so of course you should use that.

Yeah the case can have up to 11 fans; no way to connect all of those to headers on the motherboard. I think it comes with 5 fans with room for a lot more. Must sound like a hair dryer with all 11 fans running
