When I try to start my internet explorer the screen goes blank and then redisplays the icons, but internet explorer doesn't start. No error messages.
Earlier today I did an update to Windows 2000 to upgrade to SP4. No errors when I was doing the update. I've reapplied the upgrade incase it installed wrong the first time. I also have reinstalled internet explorer (ver 6).
