Here's the deal...if I can explain and make sense...
We have an image we use on our machines at the office. The image has 98 SE as the OS. Here's the deal...why we have the pc's here in our office we are able to print. Server here refered to as Server 1, server in chicago refered to as Chicago. Ok, we are using server 1 as our print server. Can print to any printer on our network fine as long as it goes through server 1. Our employees in Chicago and other offices cannot print once they receive the machinces. They have local print servers.
Have done all critical updates for 98 SE and still no luck.
HELP.............

Can they see server1 across the WAN and have the proper access rights to it? You are having some permission or trust problems between your 2 networks. If they can access the resources on Server1 and see the printer properties they just need to map it across the WAN and it should work. Just because you set it up locally on your network does not mean it will work over a WAN

Ends up that this problem was a routing issue with one of our servers. It was not routing the print jobs through the correct servers. Not sure what our sys admins did to fix, but it seems to work now. Thanks for your help.
