when i click on any form of a link that opens up a new window, the window opens up but it is totally blank... i have to copy and paste the url from the link to get it to open correctly, what is wrong with my IE??

Go to Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types. Scroll down until you see an IE icon with the name "Internet Shortcuts" Open the "Advanced" tab/Edit and make sure that IE is the program chosen to open the link and "open" is the default action. The clear your Internet Cache. Hope this helps

Start > Run:
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
OK.

For starters.

As in the previous post, for starters:

Go to Start / Run
Then enter regsvr32 urlmon.dll
Click Ok when finished

If that single change does not resolve the problem, repeat the process by registering the following dll files.


Shdocvw.dll
Msjava.dll
Actxprxy.dll
Oleaut32.dll
Mshtml.dll
Browseui.dll
Shell32.dll (Windows XP and Windows 2000 only)
