Hey!

I have a Fujitsu computer that's very old. There's never been any big problems but today I couldn't log in. When I had written my passwords n pressed to log in it said "The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded". Does anyone know what I can do to get passed that and use my computer again?

Is this computer on a domain? If not I am unsure why this thread is in the Windows Server section of the site.

Can you log into Safe Mode?

Safe Mode

While the computer is turning on, tap F8 repeatedly until a black screen with white text appears.
Using your arrow keys highlight the option Safe Mode and hit Enter.
