Can't login to Geforce Experience

Hey everyone!

I've recently formatted my pc and everything is in brand new condition. I did so mainly because I wanted to clear some space from my drive but also to fix one particular program that didn't work. That's right, Geforce Experience.

I have downloaded the program and the installation works fine. I boot the program as admin and I get to choose login method. But no options work what so ever. For instance, I click "login with google". All I get is a pop-up window that's completely black and nothing is happening. It's the same for all alternatives.

I would also like to mention that when I try to login with an Nvidia account the screen pops up, but when I try to login it says "We can't log you in right now. Try again later". And on top of that, I can't create an account. The error message when I try to make an account is similar to when I try to login.
SO... I had my brother create an account for me instead. He could do it without any problems but when I tried to login using the account he created for me, I get the same error.

Things I have tried are:
- Reinstall Geforce Experience
- Updating and reinstalling graphics drivers manually
- Updating Intel chipset drivers
- Task manager and ending "networkservices.exe" process (It was a common problem it got stuck in starting mode)
- Installing latest net. framework
- Checking my Windows updates for anything useful
- Trying to create a new account

I have probably missed something but those are the biggest things.

I greatly appreciate any help because I'm lost here. Thanks!

Nvidia works much better with Internet Explorer than Google.

I'm sure it does. But it won't work at all. Whatever I do :/

If you are using Internet Explorer you need to have the latest Java driver.
