Shouldn't I be able to plug into the ethernet? The wireless seems ok it. I will try ethernet.Reboot your router and see if you encounter the same error message. Thank you so much but I have fixed it by factory reset. I loosely followed the directions here:
Thanks for letting me know the difference.The difference is that you need an MS Account to use some Windows Apps and go to the MS Store.
