Hello! I am having problems deleting some Windows Temp Files. There are three that absolutely will not delete even when I cold boot or using the search feature and trying to delete them that way. ( sometimes that has worked for me in the past).
.
The three files are Jet8B96.tmp, Jet9829.tmp and ZLT04e0c.tmp.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of them? I am comfortable with using DOS if necessary. And oh yes, ran Ad-Aware, and AVG and cleaned out registry as well.

Thank you in advance for your help! Sincerely, Moonifa

TMP files are normal in a windows running environment. Any program that needs that use of a temporary file, will create it and keep it open as long as that program is running.
As a result, it can not be deleted.

The ZLT file above belongs to ZoneAlarm, and I don't know about the JET files, other than you have an active program that has them open.

Delete all the other temps and don't worry about these.
