I have someone who has been connecting to us using SmartFTP and downloading files. All of a sudden she is unable to get connected. She has a relatively new computer and her ISP is AOL High Speed. From the error message she sent me it appears as though she is actually connecting and then being cut off. This is the end of the error message:
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for /bin/ls.
Connection closed. Server timeout.
425 Can't open data connection.
She has tried from a different computer and also using different FTP programsm, all with the same results. She called AOL and they of course said it was not a problem at their end.
Any thoughts? Thanks for your help!
