I just got a new computer - It's athlon64 x2 dual core 4.2 ghz processor with 1 gig of ram and a radeon 1900xtx 512 mb video card and win xp home edition.
I have all the latest video drivers and all of windows, java, macromedia and flash updates. My video games plays fantastic with great graphics, but when i play a video clip from the web, it is unviewable. It looks like a mess of psychedelic colors that reminds me of the 70's. Even when I save the file to a folder the same thing happens.
