I am having trouble connecting to sights such as my hotmail account and anything that requires a password. My SSL 2.0 and 3.0 are checked. Still doesn't work. Can anyone give me some advice?

Do you have IE6 and updated to SP1?

You didn't mention if you're behind a firewall but port 443 needs to be open for access to a secure site.
