cannot find the file *.*

When I try to launch files (from the Start Menu or from my Quick Launch Tool bar) I get the message :
'Cannot find the file ** Make sure the path and file name are correct and that all the libraries are available'

Most of the files are working with the run command and cmd.exe from the DOS. So I'm sure they are not corrupted.

The problem started after a virus infection through an e-mail.
As I'm not able to use my Norton anti virus, I found and eradicated 2 worms (WORM_ENERKAZ.A and WORM SWEN.A) with the on line site of PC-Cillin.

Is this a problem with the PATH or with the config.sys ?

Thanks for your help !

Guy.

go to http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ , and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log somewhere, and please copy & paste its contents to the forum.

It will possibly show issues deserving our attention, but most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.
Hi Derek,

I think it will not be necessary !
I downloaded from Symantec the fixswen.exe tool and after running as a miracle everything worked fine.
Thank you Symantec !!

Attached you find the log file.

Thanks to you !
