I've just been through the apparently common drama of getting 365 Outlook to sync with iCloud contacts, calendars etc on my wife's WIN10 PC and that is now all working fine but I cannot get iCloud (contacts) to appear under Outlook x Account Settings x Directories and Address Books.

All the iCloud Add-ins are correct and present but when I create a new email and in the address box then click on the available address books, it only shows the standard one being "Outlook Address Book - MAPI" Somewhere I am sure I saw a menu that said "Add this address book ' or something?

*** Please note that the Pic attached is from MY PC that shows everything correct but not on hers where the iCloud reference is missing.

This seems to be a common problem from the number of posts that appear on Google and the various forums!

Any help,appreciated!
