Can not forward emails

I have a samsung tablet and use yahoo mail. When I hit the forward arrow at the bottom of the email, the window open with the to: to load the forward names but I can't get my contact list. There is no place to select the contact to forward. I can return or write a message to the sender but that's all. How do I get my contact list up to select the people I want to forward to?

I have a samsung phone and I get the contacts by hitting the people icon on the right side of the to: line.

have you ever input all the contacts? I know with my tablet, until I either email someone OR add them to the contact list, it won't see the contact.

I have all the names in my contact list...if I start typing the name it will bring up the names that match, but it will not bring up my total contact list so I can select the contacts I want to send to..

Are you saying if you click on the "To" you're contacts file does not open up to select contacts from to forward the message?

Clicking the "To" should open the Contacts file you have.

Are you referring to the Yahoo Mail app? If you are, I'm having the exact same issue on my Samsung Android phone. I can't see my contacts anywhere! I'll try finding out why, and when I do, I'll post back. Maybe it's Adblock Plus for Samsung, or another app interfering.

Nope, it's not Adblock Plus. I went through all the settings and can't find anything. Very little info on the Web about the issue, but I did see other people with the problem on a Yahoo forum. There has been a major Android update recently. That could be it... I'll continue with my investigation...

Clicking the "To" should open the Contacts file you have.

On mine, it's grayed out. There are no ways I can see to access my Android contacts within Yahoo anymore!

My contact list is on the tablet and yes, when I click on "TO", my contact list does not come up. If I manually type the first letter of a contact, it will bring up that contact and any other that start with the same letter. But will not bring up all my contacts so I can select multiple contacts.

Same here. Well, maybe not exactly. It shows contacts from my Yahoo Mail only, not from my phone's list.

Well, here's the only workaround I found. If you have a lot of contacts, the list takes quite a while to populate! Seems only good for writing new messages. No good for replying, forwarding...
