Hi I've been having trouble running games at decent speed even with lowest settings I was told this is probably my processor. Trouble is I don't know if I can upgrade it or if I have to get a new one or what. I bought my computer here https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00LA12M4A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is my system information

I think your graphics card stands out as a probable bottleneck...

how do you mean? and is there a way to fix that?
I don't know what kind of games you want to run, at what framerate, resolution, etc....you don't have a gaming beast that will run really demanding games.

It's not a very powerful video card and won't run modern games very well, or fast....your CPU seems fine when I google its benchmark, but not so much with the gpu.

8gb of ram is fine, so that shouldn't be a problem.

In Task Manager, are any of the levels (CPU, memory, disk) very high for extended periods of time?
To answer your question, yes you can upgrade the processor. Here is a link to all supported cpus;

Do understand that the APU line from AMD is not designed for performance. This series of processor is for general use ie running office, email, etc NOT gaming.
Next while you can install a faster processor and you have a pci-e slot for a video card, you will also need a new pw supply.
IMO you would be wasting your money to attempt an upgrade with the idea of gaming. To do so would be analogous to installing a performance cam in an econobox car; it will work however it will never work well.

I agree with crjdriver that AMD processor doesn't have the "horsepower" for quality gaming, but it may also be running at a slower speed because its heat sink unit and cooling fan unit blades both appear to be clogged with dust.
Remove the 4 recessed screws from the corners of the cooling fan unit, then disconnect its power cable, then remove it.
You can now properly clean and remove the dust from the fan blades and heat sink.
Once everything is clean and reassembled, see if speed and performance improves.

Judging by the amount of used space in the C: drive, I'm guessing you have a lot of installed apps, and I'm also guessing several of them are auto-starting and running in the background.
A large number of running processes will also have an effect on speed and performance.

I gave the computer a clean with an air canister after taking the pic, I do have quite a few programs on it mainly for my art tho. but according to my startup manager I only have 3 programs that start automatically

Games like Raft subnautica depth rust house flipper. All of them have to be run at the lowest graphics settings just to get around 10 fps. I'm not sure about the levels staying high though

So to have a good gameing/art computer I might be better off buying a new one?
I agree with crjdriver that it's not cost-effective to spend money for a processor and graphic card and power supply.

I'm not a hardware/gaming expert, so I can't really give you any advice on which gaming computer to buy or build.

Either purchase a purpose designed gaming system ie dell/alienware OR have a local shop do a build for you [if you are not comfortable building it yourself]
There is a LOT more to a gaming system than simply installing a video card. A well designed gaming system will have a high end motherboard, a high quality pw supply, a case with good airflow, etc.
Another vote for not spending any money to upgrade your current computer...but your current GPU isn't going to run very many games these days at all.

Thankyou to everyone who has helped out. Now to decide if I need to do a lot of studying or buy a prebuilt.
Are you looking to play competitive games online and need cutting edge speed? Do you plan on using a 1440p or 4k monitor at a high framerate?

If not, you don't have to spend crazy money on a beast of a gaming rig if you don't want to.

I don't really play online games mainly simulation, as for the speed i'm not bothered about it being the best it can just don't want to be lagging everywhere with lowest settings. I want normal settings with a decent fps.
That's good, because you can choose to either buy a prebuilt or build your own.

Depends on your budget, obv, but prebuilt deals are really good these days for mid-level PC's IMO...
I have a budget of about £700-800 but i'm looking around and just getting confused probably the meds but I seem to either find good processor or good graphics ill have to keep hunting.

There's amazing stuff out there from time to time for people that don't want to build a PC. Just a couple months ago I got this for my office:

Dell Inspiron 8675
AMD Ryzen 1700x CPU
AMD Radeon 580 8GB DDR5 GPU
256GB SSD/1TB HDD

for $800.

Since you're in the UK I don't have any recommendations for places to look for deals, though
