Can I recover permanently deleted gmail emails?

A few days ago I needed space on my computer for an update so I deleted all my junk emails (gmail). However, when I went back into my email all my emails from all inboxes were gone. The only emails left were the junk emails. There is nothing in my bin (I emptied the trash after deleting the junk emails) and I am really worried that these emails are now permanently deleted. I didn't meant to delete all the emails in my inbox, but the only conclusion I can come to is that this is what I have done accidentally. I deleted the emails using the Mac mail app but they don't appear on the web browser. If I search the emails on my iPhone mail app I can see them but nothing is there when I click into them. This is a personal account so I cannot get an admin to recover them. Also, there is nothing in my trash emails. However, it has been less than 30 days so I wonder if there is a chance of recovering? Please help!

You made a BAD decision by deleting emails to reclaim storage drive space.
Only a very tiny amount of space would have been reclaimed.
You would have been MUCH better off with deleting temporary files, which can amount to hundreds of MB's or GB's of space.

Type %temp% in the search box, then press the Enter key.
When the small window appears, select and delete everything inside it.
Do the same with c:\windows\temp (assuming that the operating system is in the C: drive)
Restart your computer.

Likely, you will be unable to recover your lost emails from your phone, too. That being said, you try contacting Google via the below link.
Send feedback in Gmail - Computer - Gmail Help (google.com)

There is no certainty that your request will get to a support agent or specialist who can recover the deleted emails for you. However, it does not hurt to give it a try. It is best to not delete the Trash folder unless you need to. Also, it is a good idea to back up your emails before deleting them from your Gmail account in the future. This way, you have a fallback for email recovery purposes in case something like what happened to your emails that were deleted happens again.
