Can’t use Google Search

Hi, this problem recently came up where anytime I tried to do a new google search, it ended in an error. It’s weird because the wifi works fine, and I can access previously saved bookmarks of websites like Youtube, and use apps on my phone. I can even do searches on other search engines like Firefox, so it is definitely a Google problem. Does someone have any idea on what I should do to fix this?

Go download a new copy of Google Chrome and install. See what happens.

Firefox is not a search engine but rather a browser so, as Lunarlander, I assume when you say Google (which is a search engine) you mean the browser Chrome. In that case I second Lunarlander's suggestion. But if it's not the case then please clarify a little more. Also, please download our free system info utility. When you run it, it will show some technical specifications of your computer. Please copy and paste that information in your next reply.
