i just bought a kodak z710 it has aperture,shutter and iso priority. and would like to know if thats what i need to adjust, to make a picture of water. like in this pic? if so can some one give me any tips on the best settings to do it. thanks for the help

slower shutter speeds make the water silkier...is that a word...

A tripod is a must for nice clear/crisp pictures...
