Sonebody told me on windows xp you can unload the memory cache, and gve these steps on how to do it:

Files-Properties-Advance-Unload memory cache

I am confused where to start where can I find the files, this was not clear
if someone know what this is will you let me know. Thanks

Go to tools/Internet options,on the general tab,in the middle of the box ,select Delete Files,another box will open up asking if you want to delete offline content,put a check in the box and ok your way out

Thats just the IE cache. I'm not sure about those instructions, however i do know that rambooster can do that. <http://www.sci.fi/~borg/rambooster/>
