bugcheck reboot problems

I have been having problems with my computer rebooting from a bugcheck. I am running a P4 3.0C on a Intel D875PBZ with 2 80GB Maxtor SATA HDD's (RAID Stripe) and 1GB of Dual Channeled DDR400 on Windows XP Home. I have a ASUS Ti4600 Vid Card and a Creative SB live. This is an infrequent problem that is starting to happen more regularly. I have a 400W power supply. The power supply might be insufficient because I have two optical drives and three other hard drives, and seven case fans, plus an array of USB devices. I don't know what to make of it because a buddy also has the same problem with a very similar system (3.0C, D875PBZ, audigy 2, 2x Maxtor 160GB RAID Stripe, 1GB Corsair Dual Channel DDR400 on Win XP Home) but he has a 550W Power Supply and none of the extra stuff like me. I don't know what to make of the situation. Any insight could help. Thanks in advance
