Had the BT Home Hub for less than a week now and was working fine until now. I have a desktop and laptop connected via ethernet ,both of which connect to the internet fine, and a desktop connected via USB. The taskbar shows that it is connected to the hub but it will not connect to the internet. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and (very probably needless) software but to no avail.

can you post an ipconfig /all see below

do you have a firewall installed at all - perhaps its blocking

TWO Methods to do that - some people have problems with ONE----

ONE ---------------------------------
start
run
cmd
ipconfig /all

rightclick in the box
select all
enter
control key + C key - to copy
then reply here and
control key + V to paste

TWO -----------------------------------------------

Start, Run, CMD to open a DOS window and type:

IPCONFIG /ALL >C:\RESULT.TXT

Open C:\RESULT.TXT with Notepad and copy/paste the entire results here.
