Browser lock ups?

This is a strange problem that seems as if it should have to do with privacy or security settings, but nothing I do can correct it. I use a cable connection and have no problems connecting to any sites, except for an online casino I frequent often. I get to the hom epage, yet when trying to sign on, the page sits there and then come up with the "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" error page. I do not have a firewall and I have reset all my security and privacy options at the lowest level. I have emptied all Temp files and cookies.
Now for the strange part, which tells me it's not the browser settings. When I log in using a dial-up connection, I can log into my personal page on the site (albeit slowly), without timing out. I have called the site and they blame my ISP because I can get in thru dial-up. I call my ISP and they blame the site, because all signals are strong that they can see.

Any hints from the good people on this site???

Download Hijackthis.
Save it to a folder on your hard drive.
Unzip the file.
Scan your machine, then click on Save Log.

Post a copy back here and someone will be happy to review it.

Don't make any changes until instructed to do so.

This will fit on a floppy so use another computer to download it.
Run HJT again and check:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

You can use HJT to fix this one. Everything else looks ok :)
Run HJT again and check:

Download Registrar Lite from here:
http://www.resplendence.com/download/reglite.exe

Put it in its own folder. You may want to keep this program. It is an excellent free, registry editor.

Copy and paste the follow text into the address bar, then hit 'Go':
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\URLSearchHooks

In the pane on the right are the values associated with that key.
We want to remove this one -> {CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497}_
Notice the underscore at the end, all the others with that need to go as well.

Right click on it, and select delete.
If you get a confirmation question, respond OK then close out the program.
