before loking further through the log I can see that you are missing a great deal of windows updates. That being said your system is completely vulnerable to just about any attack on the net as we speakso get yourself over tp windows update ASAP and get all available for your system.

Download CW Shredder:
http://www.spyware911.net/downloads/CWShredder.exe
Open and hit the ->fix tab to fix all found problems

Get The latest version of Adaware
You can download the free version here:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/

or here (alternate download location)
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html

You need to be logged on as Adminstrator through the installation.
For ease in installation and operation, view the tutorial here http://www.spyware911.net/adaware.htm

Just download it to your desktop and then to install click on the file you just downloaded (aawsepersonal.exe). You will be guided through the installation. It is recommended to use the default setting of "Protect anyone who uses this computer".

On the main screen of Adaware please look for the *check for updates now* link, just above the start button in the bottom right corner or you can click on the Webupdate button that looks like a globe icon at the top. Press * connect* to let it check for any recent updates. If any are found, please let it download and install them.

Now, configure your settings. Click the gear icon at the top. These are the recommended settings:

AAW SE settings

General Button
Safety:
Check (Green) all three.

Advanced Button
Logfile Detail Level:
All options under this should be checked (Green).

Tweak Button
Check (Green) the following:
Log Files
Include basic Ad-Aware settings in logfile:
Include additional Ad-Aware settings in logfile:
Please do not check (Green): Include Module list in logfile:

On your first scan, use the Full Scan (Perform full system scan) mode.

Let Adaware remove any *bad* objects found. Reboot your PC and scan again. Repeat this process until no more bad items are found. It may take several scans to clean everything, depending on the type of infections found.

Reboot, rescan and post a fresh hijack log please.

Well this aint gonna be fun. Its probably the worst you can have..

Cross your fingers and lets get started:
Download http://www.spyware911.net/downloads/reglite.exe

open Registrar Lite and navigate to the following entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Look for the Key named AppInit_DLLs, the value in this key is the hidden dll file that is causing your problems. Write down the name of this file and think of it as the hidden.dll file

provide me the name of that dll in a post please

Copy the contents of the quote box to Notepad.
Name the file Appinit.bat
Save as type All Files
Save on the Desktop.

Reg save "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows" windows1.hiv
ren windows1.hiv windows.txt

Double click on Appinit.bat
This will create a file on the desktop named windows.txt
Upload windows.txt in your next reply. To do that do not use quick reply. Instead press the Reply button. When you do you will be able to attach a file to your reply. Attach Windows.txt

Download this file from Symantec:

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FxAgentB.exe

Now, disconnect the internet and then run the tool. Once the tool has been launched, a message like this should appear:

Please do NOT start any other applications until the removal tool exits and the computer is restarted.

Click OK on it. Click 'Start' and the removal proccess will be started. Once it has finished (you should be told it has been finished) reboot/restart the computer.

Note: Please do not launch Internet Explorer or Connect to the internet until the end of this proccess!
Once back into Windows, re-run the tool to make sure you are clean. After that, Run HijackThis again, close all open windows, put a checkmark next to the following, and press "Fix Checked":

The log is entirely clean now so please continue on with the following:

Download Spybot - Search & Destroy, from here http://security.kolla.de/: if you haven't already got the program.
For ease in installation and operation you can opt to view the tutorial here http://www.spyware911.net/spybots&d.htm

Click on Settings, and Settings again. Go to the Webupdate section, and check Display also available beta versions.

Now press Online, and search for, and put a check mark next to all updates, and install following the prompts.

Next, close all Internet Explorer windows, and click Check for Problems. Once the scan is complete, have SpyBot remove all it finds marked in RED.

Then run a complete virus scan with an alternate scanner located here http://www.spyware911.net/virusscanners.htm
