Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2
OS Version: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 3, 32 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.80GHz, x86 Family 15 Model 4 Stepping 1
Processor Count: 1
RAM: 703 Mb
Graphics Card: ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7000 IGP, 64 Mb
Hard Drives: C: Total - 38154 MB, Free - 7708 MB;
Motherboard: TOSHIBA, Portable PC
Antivirus: PC Cleaners, Updated: Yes, On-Demand Scanner: Disabled

My broadband runs very slowly and it seems that I have 2 versions of Internet Explorer running at the same time
One with add ons disabled and one with addons working
I get "not responding" fairly frequently and when I look in task manager I see both Internet Explorer systems apparently one on top of the other and both show not responding
I dont think I should have 2 but which one is the correct one and can I get rid of one ?

You want the one with add-ons running.

I'm not sure why there are two processes of it running without you starting them.

But even if there were, it shouldn't cause your internet speed to drop that drastically with just one more window open.
