The brightness keys (F1 and F2) on my Surface stopped working properly. It can go up or down one brightness level, but thats it. The brightness slider in Display Settings works fine. I use a Surface running Windows 11. Not sure what would be the best resolution.

Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. How to mark a thread solved.
Above your first post in this thread, but below the black bar, on the right-hand side, you will see a "kebab" menu (three vertical dots). Click that and select Edit Thread. You will see a drop down in front of the thread title that says "Prefix". Drop that and "Solved" should be one of your options.
Real simple, huh? Who needs a dedicated button that does this in a single mouse click? ;-)
