Booting up in DOS to access NT server

I want to be able to boot up at any workstation (on a network) in a DOS environment and access a directory on an NT server. There are ghost image files that I want to be able to decompress to the workstation. I believe I have to create a boot diskette but don't remember any details on how to do this.

Help me out. Your help is appreciated.

What you are looking for a network boot disk.

If you have a system running NT4 Server you can run the Network Client Administrator under Administrative Tools. This program can create a boot disk to access an NT Server.

The network card on the workstation needs to be one supported by NT4 out of the box. If your card is different then you could create a disk suitable for any card then change the *.ini and driver files on the disk to suit the card that you are using.
