Do you have access to a W98 PC? If so, do this to create a boot diskette

Start>Settings>ControlPanel>Add/RemovePrograms>StartUpDisk. Insert a formatted floppy diskette and click on CreateDisk.

If you don't have access to a W98 PC, go here, click on the link to download Boot98.exe and download it to the Hardrive, not a floppy. Once it's downloaded, insert a floppy diskette and double left click on the Boot98.exe file you saved earlier to create a W98 boot diskette. It will lead you through the creation.

Here is a paragraph from the MS KB article on Startup disk creation Win98
To create a Windows 98 Startup disk:
Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add/Remove Programs.

Click the Startup Disk tab, and then click Create Disk.

Label a disk "Windows 98 Startup Disk," insert the disk in your disk drive when you are prompted, and then click OK.

Click OK to quit Add/Remove Programs.

Remove the Startup disk, and then store the disk in a safe place.
