Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. Windows 7 and later (downloads a file named tsginfo.exe) | Windows XP (downloads a file named SysInfo.exe)

Are you running Win95 or 3.1?

This site has bootdisks for the both of them
Use the MS-DOS 7.10s Bootdisk for Win3.1
It has an edited 3xstart to allow booting of Win 3.1
Use the OEM disks for Win 95 if you are setting up from cd
