Boot camp issues, macos is gone only windows 10 appears

Hello,
My dad installed Windows 10 on my mac using boot camp as I understood. When I try to log in to Macos or see if it is there it seems to be gone when I turn the computer on, there is only option to choose Windows, when I select option of restarting the in Macos it says that it "Could not allocate the OS X boot volume". This happened before, and my dad was able to fix, but his brain tumor progressed so far that he is as functional as a 3 year old, and has no idea what I am talking about or what to do with computer. I know nothing about computers, which sucks, I do not even need the Macos system, but I really need that memory, or at least most of the memory that was dedicated to Macos. It looks like a common problem, but I can't seem to follow the instructions people posted. I hope someone here can help, I have no money to pay tech services

Load up Disk Management console (Control Panel, Administritive Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management) and you will see a list of disk and partitions. One of the partitions should be quite small, a few 100MB is size, which is the EFI system Partition, which will contain the boot files. If it is missing, too small, empty or corrupted in any way, it could explain why you get this error. You may have to repartition the disk to create a valid boot partition.

If you have the BootCamp tools installed on Windows, you can select the 'Restart to Mac OS X' option in the icon in the System tray (bottom right of screen where date/time is shown).

Hello, if you carefully read my post, I have attempted to restart in Mac is using the bootcamp tool, after which I get error "Could not allocate the OS X boot volume", and it doesn't restart. And I don't know how to bring back the Mac os startup disk, do you have suggestions?

How many partitions have you setup on your Mac? You need to boot from Mac OS CD and use the Recovery options to repair the boot system, a reinstall of MacOS may be required.

It is supposed to be partitioned for windows and macos, the only thing that is appearing is windows, I guess I won't be able to fix it myself

If you have the MacOS DVD or have a broadband connection, you can re-install MacOS over the internet.

I was able to bring back the disk image of Macos by pressing Command + R, then cliking on Disk utility, and Chosing one of the discs that belonges to Macos, but it no longer recognized it as such and then clicking Repair disk under First aid tab.
