Hi, minidump files check - in part.
Remove all unnecessary USB devices attached to your pc.
If that does not help - try letting Windows re-configure the USB drivers using Device Manager
Click Start button > using Search or Run > Type
devmgmt.msc
Expand - USB Serial Bus Controllers by clicking on the triangle.
Uninstall all USB drivers listed - one at a time
Restart the computer.
On restart Windows will automatically configure the USB drivers.
======
BAD POOL HEADER - can also relate to a Ram [memory] fault.
Run a Mem Test.
http://www.memtest.org/
Scroll down to 'Download (Pre-built & ISOs)'
'Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)'
Download the ISO file then burn to a Cd.
Start the Pc using the Cd and run the memory test overnight or for at least 8 passes.
It is best to run a full scan on individual Ram sticks if you can.
Or run the test but if any errors are shown - then remove all sticks of Ram - test each Ram stick one at a time and test them in different slots.
