Blue screen nightmare

I found my computer one day turned off when I came back home. This never happened before so I tried to turn it on again but it wouldn’t even start. I tried to look up the problem and apparently I had to get a new motherboard battery and I did. I broke a part of the battery holder by mistake but still worked. It did start but it would always take me to a blue screen if I choose to run it normally or in safe mode. Every time I select an option to start the computer it would give me a blue screen then it would restart. I took it to someone and they told me it was because of the battery and that I had to get a new motherboard. I bought an identical motherboard but I still had the exact same problem!

I also provided pictures to show how my diagnoses show how my computer passes all the tests and I also provided an image of the blue screen I keep getting.

Can anyone help me with that?

Has to do with your hard drive controller , If the Bios was reset it may have defaulted to SATA mode IDE instead of AHCI. See article here:https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/602350/pc-wont-boot/ Also what is the service tag of your Dell? Noticed in your screen shot your CPU temp high was 91C, that is too high and indicates a heat sink problem on the CPU, clogged with dust, loose, or bad heat sink compound. Sata settings will be in your BIOS .
