Hello , yesterday I was using my laptop normally and when I was prompted to update my laptop it randomly shut off and a blue screen appeared and it’s beem repeating on a loop. I have tried SFC and CHKDSK when I try to get to safe mode the blue screen appears and I can’t do anything.

I can’t log on or get to safe mode with networking.

I'd personally see this as a time to get a better hard drive. Pull the old one out, put new one in, install Windows, get a usb/sata adapter and pull your files off the old drive. Otherwise, you can keep playing with rebooting, tapping F8, Load Last Known Good Configuration.
