The file mentioned, i81xnt5.sys, is an Intel Chipset Graphics driver. Try to boot to safe mode or VGA mode. Post results.

By the way are you able to boot to regular mode if you shutdown/restart the system? Does the issue occurs all the time?

You may want to update your display and audio drivers to see if resolve the issue.

i dont think its my memory because i have 128 mb and im pretty sure thats enough because windows xp was running on 64 before. yes this has been happening all the time. and no i dont have to boot in safemode.every time i boot afterwards it boots fine until i click one of the problematic icons or exe files. ill try updating the intel chipset. hopefully that will do it. if you guys have any other idea please post them.
